Sun Ventures and Investments Private Limited is proposing a new commercial complex project at Sy No. 45/2&45/3A, Resapuvanipalem, Visakhapatnam Mandal,Visakhapatnam District, Andhra Pradesh. The project aims to provide modern commercial spaces for businesses and retail establishments in the area. The complex will have a mix of office spaces, retail shops, restaurants, and entertainment facilities.

The project is a commercial complex, and the developer is Sun Ventures and Investments Private Limited. The location of the project is at Sy No. 45/2&45/3A, Resapuvanipalem, Visakhapatnam Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, Andhra Pradesh. The total cost of the project was 40 crores. The total built-up area is 24898.65 square meters. Office spaces, retail stores, dining establishments, and entertainment facilities are included in the amenities.

As on November 2023, The project is now in the stage of construction being started. The completion of the project's work has reached the 50% mark. The work on the project will be finished by December of 2024.
