Tata Projects (TPL) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Aircraft Support Industries (ASI Global) to jointly offer comprehensive design and construction solutions for aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) facilities in India.
Under this collaboration, TPL’s engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) capabilities will be integrated with ASI Global’s expertise in advanced design and modular construction technologies. The partnership aims to deliver state-of-the-art MRO and hangar infrastructure, providing high-quality, safe, and rapid-to-deploy solutions for India’s growing aviation sector.
Tata Projects MD & CEO Vinayak Pai underscored the partnership’s importance in supporting the country’s expanding aviation ecosystem. ASI Global MD Mark Langbein noted that the combination of their specialized hangar design experience with TPL’s proficiency in executing complex infrastructure projects creates a strong value proposition for the market.
