TDI Infrastructure has announced plans to redevelop and relaunch its 1,100-acre flagship township, TDI City Kundli, with a proposed investment of ₹100 crore. Positioned as an affordable housing alternative for North and West Delhi residents, the township is located just 30 minutes from Delhi via the newly operational Urban Extension Road-II (UER-II).
Currently home to around 7,000 plot owners and 5,000 apartments, the redevelopment aims to significantly enhance livability and infrastructure, including:
Upgradation of 62 parks, Improved internal road network, Renovation of the existing clubhouse, Development of a second clubhouse to support the growing population
To encourage construction on vacant plots, TDI is offering ₹2 lakh to the first 100 plot owners who complete construction and secure an Occupation Certificate, along with a 100% waiver on common area maintenance charges.
Strategically located, TDI City Kundli is well-connected via key infrastructure projects like the Eastern Peripheral Expressway, Delhi Metro extension, Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS), and the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor, reinforcing its appeal as a growing real estate hub near the National Capital Region.
