ITC Limited Unit Bhadrachalam Plans Captive Power in Telangana

ITC Limited Unit Bhadrachalam is considering constructing a new captive power plant in the area located near 262 Village Sarapaka Tehsil Burgampahad District Bhadradri Kothagudem State Telangana State.

It is anticipated that this project would produce 114.5 MW (Megawatts) of energy, which will be used to satisfy the power needs of the paper production facility.

The kind of this project is a captive power plant. 114.5 megawatts of power may be generated by the project.

Cost of the Project is 350 Crores.

As on November 2023, The project is now in the stage of receiving approvals. The project has received all necessary clearances. By the end of the year 2023, development on the project will have begun.
