Tender Alert: Modernizing Netaji Market in Nagpur.

The Maharashtra State Infrastructure Development Corporation has floated a tender for the sustainable and holistic renewal and transformation of Netaji Market in Nagpur on a design, build, finance, operate, and transfer (DBFOT) basis. 

The project will be undertaken on a plot area of approximately 9,393.4 sq. mtrs., with the construction timeline fixed at 36 months from the commencement date. The selected developer will receive development and sales rights for a total of 84 months, inclusive of the 36-month construction phase. and the initiative is aimed at modernising the shopping infrastructure in the city in a sustainable manner.

 NMC may consider an additional extension of up to 12 months, beyond  the stipulated 36 month, solely at its discretion.

The bid submission deadline is 17 October, 2025.
