The Guwahati Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA) has issued a tender for the construction of a working women’s hostel in Jagiroad, Assam.
Valued at Rs 121.7 crore, the project aims to provide vital social infrastructure, particularly for the semi-urban and industrial areas like Jagiroad. The project is scheduled for completion within 18 months from the start date.
The proposed hostel will be equipped with modern amenities to meet the safety, comfort, and communal needs of working women. The contractor will be responsible for the supply, installation, commissioning, and testing of the entire electrical system, water pumps, water treatment plant, and electrical panels.
The deadline for bid submission is 3rd May 2025.
