The Rail Infrastructure Development Company (Karnataka) has issued a tender for the installation of ballasted tracks along the Benniganahalli to Chikkabanavara stretch of Corridor-2 in the Bengaluru Suburban Rail Project. The contract, valued at ₹102.25 crore, includes the commissioning of ballastless and ballasted tracks, along with the installation of fastening systems and turnouts.
