HG Infra Engineering, in joint venture with Kalpataru Projects International, has been declared the lowest (L1) bidder by the Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation (MMRCL) for a major component of the Thane Integral Ring Metro Project.
The contract covers the design and construction of a 20.527 km elevated Metro viaduct between the UG Ramp and Balkum Naka, including a depot approach viaduct and three special spans. The project is to be completed within 36 months at a bid value of ₹1,415 crore.
In the joint venture, HG Infra holds a 40% stake, while Kalpataru Projects holds the remaining 60%.
