The Balwa Group and Marriott International Welcome Le Méridien

Marriott International has signed an agreement with The Balwa Group to bring the iconic Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts brand to Mumbai. Slated to open in January 2029, Le Méridien Mumbai International Airport will offer a stylish, immersive stay experience for modern travelers.

Strategically located just two kilometers from Mumbai International Airport, the hotel will feature 161 contemporary guest rooms and suites, designed to blend elegance with practicality, inspiring both creativity and exploration.

Guests can look forward to Le Méridien’s signature offerings, including a specialty restaurant, an artisanal patisserie, and the brand’s signature Le Méridien Hub—a vibrant social space serving handcrafted coffee by day and curated cocktails by night at the Latitude/Longitude Bar.

Amenities will include an open-air pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, and a relaxing spa, making it ideal for both leisure and business travelers. The hotel will also offer 1,357 sq. m. of event space, including lush outdoor lawns and an open-air terrace—perfect for weddings, social events, and corporate functions.
