The Heart of Gurugram's Growth: DLF's New Luxury Project

Delhi-based real estate leader DLF is gearing up to launch a large-scale luxury high-rise residential project within its expansive DLF 6 integrated township, spanning Sectors 76 and 77 in Gurugram, Haryana. Slated for launch in the coming weeks, the development will feature over 1,000 premium units and include retail components, with a strong focus on mobility, green infrastructure, and urban resilience.

This new project follows the complete sell-out of earlier DLF 6 phases—Privana South and Privana West—which together offered 1,908 ultra-luxury units and achieved total sales of ₹12,790 crore. Privana South, launched in 2023, offered apartments priced around ₹6.4 crore, with unit sizes ranging from 3,577 to 5,472 sq. ft.

Spread across 116 acres along the rapidly developing Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), DLF 6 enjoys strategic connectivity from Gurugram-Faridabad Road (Sector 58) to NH-48 (Sector 74A). As SPR emerges as a key growth corridor, this upcoming launch underscores DLF’s stronghold in Gurugram’s high-end housing segment and the sustained demand for well-located, amenity-rich residences.
