Atul Projects has launched Phase 1 of its three-phase residential development, The Hillfront, located in Mulund West, Mumbai.

Phase 1 spans 4.26 acres of the total 9.5-acre freehold land parcel and comprises a 47-storey tower with Wings A and B, offering 632 thoughtfully designed two- and three-bedroom residences. Construction is progressing at a steady pace, with the basement and ground-level plinth of Wing A already completed, while the reinforced RCC structure of Wing B has reached the 23rd floor. Phases 2 and 3 will be taken up in subsequent stages based on demand and the project’s phased development strategy.
