ASK Property Fund, backed by Blackstone, has established a strategic ₹500 crore investment platform with Bhumika Group to develop residential and real estate projects across the National Capital Region (NCR). With an initial allocation of ₹125 crore earmarked for a 20-acre plotted development in Faridabad, the partnership aims to leverage the NCR's expanding infrastructure—including major transit hubs like the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway and Noida International Airport—to meet surging demand for organized housing.
