Thrilling Amusement and Snow Park Set to Transform Maharashtra

The Public Works Department (PWD) of Maharashtra has announced a call for bids to develop a cutting-edge amusement and snow park in Thane on a public-private partnership (PPP) basis. This exciting project will be situated at DP site park no. 5, Sector 05, Kolshet, Thane, promising to become a major attraction for both locals and tourists.

The ambitious project encompasses the design, procurement, construction, and development of the necessary infrastructure and facilities. All work must comply with the detailed requirements and be completed within a 36-month timeframe, ensuring a timely and efficient build.

Valued at Rs 264.34 crore, this venture represents a significant investment in the region's recreational infrastructure. The development aims to create a unique and engaging space that will offer a variety of entertainment options for visitors of all ages.

Interested bidders must submit their proposals by the deadline of 16 August 2024. This project is expected to generate substantial interest from leading firms in the industry, eager to be part of this landmark development.
