TNR Infratech Plans Residential & Commercial Complex in Telangana

TNR Infratech Private Limited is coming up with a Residential & Commercial Project at Survey Nos. 85 Part, NH-44, Suchitra Jeedimetla Village, Quthbullapur, Medchal, Malkajgiri District, Telangana. The project is expected to cost 508.70 crores and will have a built-up area of 211,029.2 sq.m.

The new project will provide a mix of residential and commercial spaces to the residents of the area. The residential units will be available in a variety of sizes, starting from 1 BHK to 4 BHK. The commercial spaces will be available for a variety of uses, including retail, office, and hospitality.

As on November 2023, The project is now in the stage of construction being started. The completion of the project's work has reached the 20% mark. The work on the project will be finished by December of 2024.
