TVS SCS Wins Multi-Year Logistics Deal with JCB for Vadodara Plant

TVS Supply Chain Solutions (TVS SCS) has secured a significant multi-year contract with JCB to manage in-plant warehousing and logistics at JCB’s Vadodara facility in Gujarat. This three-year agreement marks an important expansion of their longstanding relationship, which has previously included aftermarket warehouse services in Bhaproda, Haryana, for over two decades. The financial terms of the contract have not been disclosed.

Under the new deal, TVS SCS will oversee comprehensive warehouse management at JCB’s Vadodara plant. Responsibilities will include unloading, storage, picking, and lineside feeding of parts. The contract will see TVS SCS deploy Material Handling Equipment and approximately 110 personnel to support these operations.

JCB’s Vadodara plant is a critical hub in the company’s global manufacturing network, focusing on producing fabrications and components essential for JCB’s worldwide operations. The expanded role for TVS SCS underscores its growing influence in the logistics sector and its ability to manage complex supply chain needs.

This strategic partnership is expected to enhance operational efficiency at JCB's Vadodara facility, reinforcing TVS SCS's position as a leading supply chain solutions provider.
