Unique Triaa Ventures Plan to build Residential and Commercial Complex in Maharashtra

Unique Triaa Ventures is a well-known and respected real estate developer in Pune, and I'm sure their new Residential and Commercial Complex Project at Sy No 37, Keshavnagar, Pune, Maharashtra will be a success. The project is expected to cost 99 crore and will have a built-up area of 71,388.96 square meters.

This is a mixed-use (residential and commercial) construction project. The total number of units is 300. The sizes of the units range from 300 square feet to 1,500 square feet. Amenities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness center, children's play area, and security that is staffed 24 hours a day.

As on November 2023, The project is now in the stage of construction being started. The completion of the project's work has reached the 30% mark. The work on the project will be finished by December of 2025.
