WSB Real Estate Partners’ WSB Real Estate Debt Fund II (WSBREDF II) has allocated Rs 55 crore towards the development of Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate’s BKC 9, a collaborative residential project situated in Bandra East, Mumbai.
Spanning a 0.41-acre area adjacent to the Western Express Highway (WEH), the project is a partnership between Shapoorji Pallonji and Vakratunda Buildcon (VBPL). BKC 9, a 20-storey building, is set to house 92 contemporary apartments, offering both two-bedroom and three-bedroom configurations tailored for urban professionals seeking modern comforts and convenience.
The developers anticipate the project to yield revenue upwards of Rs 250 crore. Prior to this investment, WSBREDF II had already injected Rs 75 crore into another joint venture between Shapoorji Pallonji and Vakratunda Group, the upscale residential project BKC 28, also located in Bandra East.
WSB Real Estate Partners, an alternative investment platform, has successfully raised over Rs 850 crore for its residential property debt fund WSBREDF II, surpassing its initial target commitment of Rs 500 crore.
