The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) has approved 16 new real estate projects across nine districts, with a total investment of ₹3,200.16 crore.
Announced on December 15, these projects will develop 3,845 residential, commercial, and mixed-use units. Lucknow accounts for the largest share, receiving approval for six projects worth ₹2,154.69 crore, including two residential, two mixed-use, and two commercial developments totaling 1,406 units. Other districts also secured approvals, with Agra receiving two projects valued at ₹200.69 crore and Ghaziabad getting two commercial projects worth ₹74.18 crore.
Sanjay Bhoosreddy, Chairperson of UP RERA, stated that the approved projects are expected to significantly boost real estate growth and infrastructure development across the state.
