V-Guard: Powering Up Double-Digit Growth in the BLDC Fan Race

V-Guard Industries Ltd, a leading player in the consumer electronics and electrical space, has set its sights on achieving double-digit growth in its Brushless Direct Current (BLDC) fan segment over the next three years. This move aligns with the strong momentum in India’s BLDC fan market, currently valued at ₹3,000 crore and growing at a CAGR of 20–25%.

Despite being a relatively late entrant, V-Guard has captured a 6–7% market share, reflecting solid growth over the past decade. At the launch of the company’s latest BLDC ceiling fan range, Managing Director Mithun Chittilappilly shared V-Guard’s ambition to rank among the top 3–4 brands in the near future.

With increasing consumer focus on energy efficiency and cost savings, BLDC fans—known for their low power consumption compared to traditional models—are gaining popularity. V-Guard’s investment in this segment underscores its commitment to offering sustainable, high-efficiency home solutions.
