The Mumbai Port Authority (MbPA) is set to reshape the city’s coastline with its ₹922.67-crore Victoria Dock marina project, drawing over 35 industry players at its first pre-bid session.
Aimed at making Mumbai Harbour a global destination for luxury yachts and waterfront leisure, the project will be delivered via a 45-year DBFOT model. Alongside world-class marine facilities, the site will feature a five-star hotel, commercial tourism hub, repair yard, fuel station, and dry storage. With environmental and CRZ permissions already cleared, the project is ready for smooth rollout.
