Vikran Bags ₹1,642 Crore Maharashtra Solar EPC.

Vikran Engineering has secured an Engineering, Procurement, and Commissioning (EPC) contract for the development of a 505 MWAC crystalline ground-mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) power project.

The Letter of Award (LoA), received on November 10, 2025, is part of the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) LIS Scheme and will be executed across multiple districts in Maharashtra. The ₹1,641.91 crore contract includes the design, engineering, supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of the solar PV plants.

Awarded by Carbonminus Maharashtra One, the project is expected to be completed within 11 months, significantly contributing to the state’s renewable energy capacity and sustainability goals.
