Vizag Wins: TVS ILP & Toyota Group Seal 33,000 Sq. Ft. Deal

TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks (TVS ILP) has leased over 33,000 sq. ft. at its Visakhapatnam industrial park to Toyotsu Bharat Integrated Services (TBIS), part of the Toyota Group. The newly launched Regional Parts Centre (RPC) is designed to strengthen the supply of Toyota genuine parts and accessories across Andhra Pradesh and West Bengal, improving service efficiency and reducing workshop turnaround times.

The facility is expected to generate local employment and support Visakhapatnam’s expanding industrial ecosystem, helping attract more automotive and logistics companies. Aditi Kumar, Joint Managing Director at TVS ILP, emphasized Visakhapatnam’s growing role as a logistics hub driven by strong connectivity and supportive policies.

Prakash Nair, Director at TBIS, noted that the Visakhapatnam location was chosen to meet increasing regional demand and to capitalize on the city’s port infrastructure for cost-effective distribution. The new RPC further strengthens TVS ILP’s nationwide network of Grade-A warehousing facilities.
