Visakhapatnam Port Trust has invited bids to upgrade its existing 80-bed Golden Jubilee Hospital into a 300-bed multi-disciplinary super specialty hospital under the PPP model.
The contract, under the design, build, finance, operate, and transfer (DBFOT) framework, will be developed on approx.5.91 acres, encompassing the current hospital premises in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The estimated cost stands at Rs 212.99 crore.
The deadline for bid submission is 19 April 2025.
