voco Lands in Lucknow: IHG’s Third City Gem

IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a management agreement with Rajdeep Infra & Sales for the development of voco Lucknow, which is scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2029.

The hotel will be located in Ashiyana, a well-connected neighbourhood with convenient access to key parts of the city and close proximity to Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport. The project marks the debut of IHG’s voco brand in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, a city witnessing strong growth driven by government activity, education, business, and tourism.

Currently under construction, voco Lucknow will feature 135 rooms and will become IHG’s third property in the city, complementing the existing Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza hotels. The property is designed to cater to modern travellers seeking a premium, relaxed, and distinctive hospitality experience.
