Welspun Enterprises has been awarded a letter of award (LoA) by the Maharashtra State Infrastructure Development Corporation (MSIDC) for developing a six-lane, partially elevated highway corridor on the Pune–Shirur stretch of NH-753F.
The project covers the upgradation of an existing road section from km 10+600 to km 64+000, with a total design length of 53.40 km. It will be executed under the DBFOT (Toll) model, with an estimated project cost of around ₹7,300 crore.
The contract предусматривает a construction period of four years, followed by a sub-concession period of 29 years. MSIDC is serving as both the implementing agency and the tendering authority for the project.
This development is expected to strengthen regional connectivity, improve road safety, and support economic growth in the corridor.
