YEIDA's 5,000 Acre Vision: Fueling Industrial & Real Estate Surge

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) is set to acquire 5,000 hectares of land near the upcoming Jewar International Airport to drive growth in real estate and industrial sectors.

Several key projects are underway in the region, led by the state government. These include a film city, a medical device park, a logistics park, and a data centre park. A concession agreement has already been signed with Bayview Bhutani Film City for the development of the film city in Noida. The new Jewar airport is expected to be a major catalyst for growth in the industrial and logistics sectors.

A draft master plan for 2041 has been prepared, focusing on acquiring land quickly to meet the growing demand. Of the 5,000 hectares, approximately 1,040 hectares will be earmarked for industrial development, while 178 hectares will be designated for the logistics park.
