Adani Green & Minerva: A New Era for Indian Renewables

Adani Green Energy Ltd has announced a joint venture to develop renewable energy projects in India. The company said its subsidiary, Adani Renewable Energy Middle East Ltd, has entered into an agreement with Minerva Holding RSC for the initiative.

In a regulatory filing, Adani Green Energy stated that EPointZero Holding RSC Ltd—part of International Holding Company PJSC’s energy and infrastructure portfolio—has partnered in the venture. The collaboration will focus on the development, construction, and operation of renewable energy assets across the country.

The filing also noted that Minerva Holding RSC is a wholly owned subsidiary of EPointZero.
