Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions is planning a capital expenditure of approximately ₹7,000 crore to expand its energy sales capacity by 1,500 MW across solar and wind projects by FY27.
The company currently operates at around 3,000 MW of energy sales capacity, nearly doubling from about 1,700 MW in April 2025, highlighting strong growth in its renewable energy portfolio.
Managing Director Kuldeep Jain stated that the company is well-positioned to support its expansion plans, noting that Clean Max has sufficient funding in place to sustain its growth over the next three years.
This investment underscores the company’s continued focus on scaling its renewable energy footprint and strengthening its position in India’s rapidly growing green energy sector.
