NTPC Green Energy Adds 95.6 MW Solar in Rajasthan

In a major step forward for its renewable expansion strategy, NTPC Green Energy has successfully announced the commercial commissioning of a 95.6 MW solar capacity at the Kalasar Solar Energy Project in Bikaner, Rajasthan.

Representing the fifth operational phase of the project, this addition contributes to the 650 MW solar package of the 500 MW Round-the-Clock (RTC) project managed by NTPC Renewable Energy Limited. Following this commissioning, the overall commercial capacity of the NTPC Green Energy Group has risen to 11,328.69 MW, pushing its total installed capacity to 11,424.29 MW and further strengthening India's green infrastructure.
