Nuvoco Vistas Secures 46.4 MW of Hybrid Clean Energy in Rajasthan

Cement manufacturer Nuvoco Vistas Corporation has partnered with Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions to drive a new renewable energy project in Rajasthan.

By acquiring a 26% equity stake in the special purpose vehicle Clean Max Ilgohp, Nuvoco Vistas secures access to 46.4 MW of wind-solar hybrid energy (comprising 20 MW of wind capacity, solar capacity, and an integrated battery energy storage system). This strategic move significantly increases its green energy share, cuts fossil fuel reliance, and accelerates its long-term industrial sustainability goals.
