Adani Airport Holdings has entered into a partnership with IHG Hotels & Resorts to develop five hotels across major airport hubs in India, strengthening its focus on non-aeronautical revenue and airport-linked commercial infrastructure.
The hotels will be located near airports in Jaipur, Mangaluru, Thiruvananthapuram and Navi Mumbai, adding over 1,500 rooms to the hospitality portfolio. The collaboration will also introduce Kimpton Hotels to the Indian market for the first time, alongside hotels under the Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express brands.
The move aligns with the broader strategy of Adani Group, which operates eight airports in India and is expanding the commercial development of land surrounding airport terminals. The group plans to develop 665 adjoining land parcels into integrated airport ecosystems featuring hospitality, retail and urban infrastructure projects.
