SoftTech to Digitalize India’s Skies with ₹17.16 Crore AAI Win

SoftTech Engineers has secured a ₹17.16 crore contract from the Airports Authority of India (AAI) to implement a Building Information Modelling (BIM)-based Project Monitoring System (BPMS).

The system will enable real-time digital monitoring of infrastructure projects across planning, execution, and reporting stages, enhancing visibility, transparency, and control. Built on SoftTech’s proprietary CivitINFRA platform, the BPMS integrates artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to streamline key functions such as cost estimation, budgeting, contract management, and progress tracking through a unified interface.

Designed to provide real-time insights and actionable analytics, the platform will support faster decision-making and improved coordination among stakeholders. It will be accessible through both web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless communication and oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
