The long-awaited Navi Mumbai International Airport is scheduled to commence operations on December 25, marking a significant milestone in India’s aviation infrastructure. During its first month, the airport is expected to handle around 30 flights, including arrivals and departures, with flight operations gradually increasing in the following months.
Jeet Adani, Director of Adani Airports, shared details with the media regarding the airport’s launch timeline, future expansion plans, potential IPOs, and the group’s strategy to expand pilot training centres as part of its broader aviation growth initiatives.
