Elkay Chemicals to Pump Rs 65 Crore for Silicone Polymers Expansion

Elkay Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is embarking on a major expansion project at its Lote Parshuram Industrial Area facility in Ratnagiri, Maharashtra. This significant investment of ₹65 crore will enhance the company’s capacity to produce silicone polymers, a key component in various industrial applications.

The expansion will increase the plant's production capacity to an impressive 43,860 tonnes per annum (TPA) of silicone polymers. This move is set to bolster Elkay Chemicals’ position in the market by meeting the growing demand for high-quality silicone products used in diverse sectors, including automotive, electronics, and construction.

Construction and upgrades are already underway, with state-of-the-art technology and machinery being integrated into the facility. The expansion not only aims to boost production but also enhance product quality and efficiency.
