NACL Multichem Industries Plans Agrochemicals Synthetic Organic Chemicals in Andhra Pradesh

NACL Multichem Industries Limited (NACL) is proposing to establish a 96.09-acre Agrochemicals, Synthetic Organic Chemicals Manufacturing Unit and Co-Generation Power Plant Project in Naruva Village, Ranasthalam Mandal, Srikakulam District, Andhra Pradesh.

The project is estimated to cost 150 crores.

Project Capacity

The project will have the following manufacturing capacities:

• Agrochemicals: 76 TPD
• Synthetic Organic Chemicals: 30.5 TPD
• Co-Generation Power Plant: 6 MW
• Bio Based Agrochemicals: 1.53 TPD
• Agrochemicals Formulations: 50000 MT/KL Per Year.

The project is now in the stage of construction being started. There has been progress made on the project equaling 20%. The work on the project will be finished by December of 2024. It has been decided to hire a local contractor.
