Gujarat Gets Charged Up: Deepak Fertilisers' ₹1950 Crore Nitric Acid Project

Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Corporation Limited (Deepak Fertilisers) is set to make a formidable move in the chemicals industry with its ambitious project to establish a Weak & Concentrated Nitric Acid Unit in Dahej, Bharuch, Gujarat, involving a whopping investment of ₹1950 crores. This strategic initiative underscores Deepak Fertilisers' commitment to fortifying its foothold in the critical nitric acid market.

Located in the industrial hub of Dahej, Bharuch, Gujarat, the project aims to set up a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to the production of Weak & Concentrated Nitric Acid. With a projected production capacity of 3 lakh tonnes per annum (TPA) for Weak Nitric Acid and 1.5 lakh TPA for Concentrated Nitric Acid, this venture is poised to significantly augment Deepak Fertilisers' manufacturing capabilities.

The project's significance extends beyond mere capacity expansion.
