Krishak Bharati's 580 Crore Fertilizer Boost

Krishak Bharati Co-Op. Ltd. has announced a major investment in Uttar Pradesh with the launch of a ₹580 crore project at Kishurhai, Shahjahanpur. The project will focus on the production of weak nitric acid and ammonium nitrate, marking a significant expansion in the company's chemical manufacturing capabilities.

The facility will have a robust production capacity of 100,000 tonnes per annum (TPA) for weak nitric acid and 200,000 TPA for ammonium nitrate. This new venture aims to meet growing demand in the agricultural and industrial sectors, providing crucial inputs for various applications.

Construction is set to commence soon, with the project designed to enhance Krishak Bharati’s product portfolio and strengthen its position in the chemical manufacturing sector. The development is expected to generate significant employment opportunities and contribute to regional economic growth.
