Lords Chloro Alkali, a leading chemical manufacturer in India, has announced the expansion of its chlorinated paraffin wax (CPW) production capacity from 50 tonnes per day (TPD) to 100 TPD at its manufacturing facility located in Matsya Industrial Area, Alwar, Rajasthan. The facility spans 84 acres and also houses a 300 TPD caustic soda production unit.
This capacity enhancement follows the earlier ramp-up to 50 TPD earlier this year and reflects the company's strategic focus on scaling high-demand chemical products. In addition to its core operations, Lords Chloro Alkali owns a 16 MW solar power park spread across 45 acres in Bikaner, Rajasthan, supporting its sustainability goals.
Commenting on the expansion, Managing Director Mr. Ajay Virmani stated, “We are happy to announce the expansion of our CPW manufacturing capacity from 50 TPD to 100 TPD. This marks a significant step towards strengthening our product offering and capturing emerging opportunities in the chemicals segment.”
Currently operating at 80% utilisation of its existing CPW capacity, the company expects the expansion to improve operational efficiency and contribute positively to its performance from FY 2026–27 onward.
Established in 1979, Lords Chloro Alkali offers a diversified chemical portfolio including caustic soda lye, sodium hypochlorite, hydrogen gas, liquid chlorine, hydrochloric acid (HCL), and CPW.
