Nashik's Innovation Hub: Abhijeet Chemicals Unveils Fine Chemicals Project

Abhijeet Chemicals Private Limited is set to establish a Fine Chemicals Manufacturing Project within the Industrial Cooperative Estate in Nashik, Maharashtra. This initiative marks a significant investment in the region's chemical sector, highlighting the company's commitment to expanding its manufacturing capabilities in fine chemicals.

The project site is located in proximity to natural reserves, with the Reserved Forest (Open Scrub) at Dhagya Dongar/Maparwadi approximately 4.81 kilometers to the NNW and the Reserved Forest at Ramoshiwadi about 9.29 kilometers to the SSW. These locations underscore the importance of incorporating environmental considerations into the project's planning and operational strategies.

To address the environmental aspects, the project includes an Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) with a capacity of 20 CMD, a Multi-Effect Evaporator (MEE) of 50 CMD, and a Reverse Osmosis (RO) unit of 20 CMD. The treatment process is designed to manage HTDS/LCOD effluents and scrubber effluent, with the aim of minimizing environmental impact and ensuring sustainable operations. The project also plans for the disposal or sale of evaporation salt generated through the process.

With a total project cost of 12.07 Crores, the fine chemicals manufacturing initiative by Abhijeet Chemicals Private Limited is a notable development in Nashik's industrial landscape. The project's power needs will be met through a connected load of 735 KW and a demand load of 500 kVA, sourced from the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL), reflecting the project's readiness to meet its energy requirements efficiently.
