Ahluwalia Contracts Scores Big with Rs 482.78 Crore Order Haul

Ahluwalia Contracts has announced the acquisition of new projects totaling Rs 482.78 crore. One significant contract, valued at Rs 383.98 crore, comes from Birla Arnaa, a joint venture between Birla Estate and M S Ramaiah Reality. This project entails extensive civil, structural, and architectural work for Birla Trimaya Phase 1 and 2, located in Devanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka. The completion timeline is set for 31 months for Phase 1 and 39 months for Phase 2.

Additionally, Ahluwalia Contracts secured an order from Indian Financial Technology and Allied Services (IFTAS) worth Rs 98.80 crore. This contract involves mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) work for the Enterprise Computing and Cybersecurity Training Institute in Bhubaneshwar, Odisha. The project is scheduled to be completed within 15 months.
