Arkade Developers Awarded Redevelopment Contract for Nutan Ayojan

Arkade Developers has acquired the redevelopment rights for Nutan Ayojan, a co-operative housing society in Malad West, Mumbai. The project spans 6,858.90 sq. mtrs. and is expected to achieve a gross development value (GDV) of ₹740 crore.

With a total saleable RERA carpet area of 2.33 lakh sq. ft., the development will comprise 408 residences, including 215 units available for sale. Chairman and MD Amit Jain highlighted the company’s focus on high-growth micro-markets through strategic redevelopment and asset acquisitions.

Arkade Developers has successfully delivered 31 projects covering 55 lakh sq. ft., with an additional 20 lakh sq. ft. currently under development.
