Karnataka Invites Bids for 200-Bed Mother and Child Hospital

The Health & Family Welfare Department of Karnataka has launched a significant initiative by inviting bids for the construction of a 200-bed mother and child hospital in Kalaburagi. This new facility is set to be located within the premises of the Gulbarga Institute of Medical Sciences (GIMS) and is budgeted at Rs 79.44 crore.

Scheduled to be completed under a strict timeline, the bids for this project must be submitted by 12th July 2024. The hospital aims to enhance healthcare infrastructure specifically tailored for maternal and child health needs in the region.
