NBCC Wins Big: ₹665 Crore Construction Orders Secured

NBCC (India) has secured five construction and redevelopment orders totaling ₹665 crore.

The largest contract—worth ₹642.82 crore—has been awarded by the Ghaziabad Development Authority for the redevelopment of Tulsi Niketan in Ghaziabad. Additional projects include a ₹4.05 crore renovation for the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI) in Hyderabad and a ₹6.95 crore contract from the National Forensic Science University for its Delhi campus guest house.

NBCC has also received structural work orders from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) for its Kanpur and Lucknow locations. These new contracts add to the company’s expanding project pipeline and align with its reported 26% rise in net profit for the September 2025 quarter.

“These orders demonstrate NBCC's strong execution capability and growing footprint across diverse sectors,” the company stated.
