Signature Global's Mega-Project Takes Shape with Rs 5.67 Billion Contracts

Signature Global (India) has awarded construction contracts totaling Rs 5.67 billion for its integrated township project, Daxin, located in Sohna, south of Gurugram.

B L Gupta Construction has secured a Rs 4.82 billion contract to build 2,792 independent units, while Shri Balaji Construction will manage external infrastructure works, including sewage treatment and rainwater harvesting, for Rs 853.7 million. The township, covering 125 acres, is strategically positioned near the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor and major expressways.

Designed by Hafeez Contractor and Aedas, Singapore, Daxin will feature luxury residences, commercial spaces, and plotted developments. Planned amenities include Club Anandam, a mini theatre, co-working spaces, a doctor’s room, and green spaces such as the Miyawaki Forest and Butterfly Garden.
