Gaurs Group has announced plans to invest ₹100 crore in establishing a precast manufacturing facility in Greater Noida, reinforcing its strategy of backward integration to strengthen in-house construction capabilities.
The company has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Elematic India, a subsidiary of Finland-based Elematic Group, to procure advanced precast concrete technology. The MoU was formalised on February 19, 2026, in the presence of Petteri Orpo and Ambassador Kimmo Lahdevirta, and signed by Veshesh Gaur, Director of Gaurs Group, along with senior representatives from Elematic.
Spread across five acres, the proposed facility will manufacture precast slabs, beams, columns, and walls, and is expected to become operational within six months. In addition, Gaurs has placed advance orders worth ₹150 crore for 45,000 modular bathroom units and 10,000 kitchen pods to further industrialise its construction processes.
By adopting technology-driven precast solutions, the company aims to enhance execution efficiency, improve quality control, and reduce project timelines by nearly 30% across its residential and commercial developments in the Delhi-NCR region.
