Ashtech Goes Luxury: ₹1,800 Crore Project Hits Greater Noida.

Ashtech Group, a leader in construction materials and infrastructure development, is making its foray into the real estate sector with a luxury housing project in Greater Noida.

The ₹1,800-crore project will be developed on a 5.6-acre plot acquired for approximately ₹300 crore, marking the company’s entry into luxury residential real estate after its extensive work in sectors such as fly ash bricks, AAC blocks, ready-mix concrete (RMC), pre-engineered buildings, and large-scale infrastructure projects.

Sumit Agarwal, Director of Ashtech Group, emphasized that the company’s strong track record in allied industries provides a solid foundation for this new venture. The luxury housing project is poised to become a landmark addition to Greater Noida’s real estate landscape.
