IIMB's New Era: Bids Open for ₹400 Cr Sustainable Campus.

The Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) has invited bids for the construction of its Phase-I sustainable undergraduate campus on an EPC Mode II basis.

To be developed on a 110-acre site at Mahanthalingapura village, Anekal Taluk, Bengaluru Urban district, approximately 25 km from the existing campus, the new development will feature key academic and residential infrastructure, including an educational block, library, performing arts centre, sports complex, and hostel block. The construction is scheduled to be completed within 30 months, inclusive of the monsoon period.

With an estimated project cost of ₹400 crore, the initiative aims to establish a modern, sustainable learning environment to support IIMB’s upcoming undergraduate program. The site offers excellent connectivity through a 9-metre-wide road linking directly to State Highway 87.

The deadline for bid submission is November 25, 2025.
