Maharashtra Bhavan J&K: PMC Tender Issued

The Public Works Department, Maharashtra, has issued a tender for the appointment of a Project Management Consultant (PMC) for the construction of Maharashtra Bhavan at Khasra No. 576 Min, Ichgam village, Budgam district, Jammu & Kashmir.

The selected consultant will be responsible for comprehensive project planning, service design, cost estimation, obtaining requisite approvals from relevant authorities, liaisoning, and preparation of detailed designs.

The project will be developed on a 2.50-acre site. Funding will be provided by the Government of Maharashtra through its state budget, with additional financial support potentially available under Central Sponsored Schemes for various project components.

Last date for bid submission: 26 May, 2025.
