NBCC & NFDC Join Forces for Siri Fort's Iconic Revamp

NBCC (India) Ltd. has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Film Development Corporation (NFDC), under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, for the comprehensive renovation and redevelopment of the iconic Siri Fort Auditorium Complex in New Delhi.

Under the agreement, NBCC will act as the Project Management Consultant (PMC), overseeing the project from conceptualization to commissioning. The plan envisions transforming the 5.5-acre site into a world-class cultural and performing arts hub, with a focus on heritage conservation, sustainability, and green building norms.

Renowned for hosting international film festivals, cultural performances, and government events, the Siri Fort complex will be equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure while preserving its rich cultural significance and architectural identity.

This project is part of NBCC’s broader mandate to deliver transformative public infrastructure, leveraging its expertise across its three core verticals: Project Management Consultancy (PMC), Real Estate, and Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC).
