The Central University of Rajasthan (CURAJ) has issued a tender for the construction of multiple facilities at its Ajmer campus, aimed at expanding academic, residential, and recreational infrastructure. The scope of work covers civil, electrical, mechanical, and electronic engineering components.
The total project value is estimated at Rs 111.45 crore and includes the following key developments:
A transit mess and dining hall for the B6 Hostel with a seating capacity of 400.
A student hostel accommodating 600 students.
A Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV) school building, designed to meet the educational needs of faculty and staff children.
Each of these components is scheduled for completion within 15 months.
Under the Pradhan Mantri Anusuchit Jaati Abhyuday Yojana (PM-AJAY) scheme, the project also features:
A 250-bed Boys Hostel and a 250-bed Girls Hostel.
The main entrance gate of the university, aimed at improving security and establishing a strong architectural identity.
The timeline for these works is set at 11 months.
The deadline for bid submission is 30 April, 2025.
